Our cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished, raised the way nature intended—on open pasture with room to roam, fresh air, and a low-stress environment. We never use added hormones or growth promotants, and our cattle are not fed grain. Antibiotics are not part of our routine program; animal health is supported through good nutrition, proper stocking rates, and hands-on management.
We practice responsible land stewardship, rotating pastures to protect soil health, preserve native grasses, and promote long-term sustainability. Healthy land produces healthy cattle, and healthy cattle produce better beef—it’s that simple.
From calving to harvest, we handle our cattle with care and respect. Processing is done at inspected facilities, and every cut is handled with attention to quality and safety.
